Our beautiful Sofia lost her battle with CHD and 22q11 on the 28th April 2018 after her 4th open heart surgery. Sofia was 3 years old. Sofia donated her liver and kidneys. We have found her liver recipient but not her kidney recipient.
Sofia endured more in her 3 years than most adults do in a lifetime but she was always happy and full of love. We are blessed to have had 3 special years with her.
Our mission is now to raise awareness for CHD and 22q11 through her Facebook page Sofia's Battle and special events.
